The Center for Institutional Finance carefully listens to your project financing needs then assigns our team of financing experts who become a part of your team.  Together, we develop the loan, working capital, capital market financing, or revenue enhancement strategy critical to meeting your needs for educational, faith-based, not-for-profit, multi-family, or senior living project funding.  Our highly specialized financial experts can also develop planned giving and project financing sources to generate new revenue sources for your school, church, or nonprofit organization.

Our team has been providing expert financial advice and capital market financing since 1975.  Senior management experts began their careers providing capital market advisory and underwriting service to state, county, municipal government and school districts nationwide.  We know the intricacies of complex financial instruments and carried that expertise to commercial and nonprofit financing along with other highly technical “know-how” to serve our clients with unique funding and capital sources that produce the lowest cost of borrowing possible.  The highly unusual marriage of sophisticated capital market savvy with commercial and nonprofit financing expertise makes our company your valued and trusted partner.

Our Recent Successes

The Center for Institutional Finance provided financing to a Church in High Point, North Carolina to purchase the former John Wesley University Campus after the University merged with another faith-based Private University.  Our specialty lending organization provided 20-year financing at 4.56% while making provision for a 2nd lien obligation that significantly reduced the cash equity necessary to close.  The campus is further being renovated with C-PACE funding with NO additional equity required from the Church.

The Center for Institutional Finance provided $7.75 million in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing to a faith based private K-12 school to purchase a former college campus in Fort Pierce, Florida to convert it into a separate grades 6-12 campus of the school while the first campus location was re-configured to a K-5 campus to meet growing enrollments and to replace its previous school campus destroyed by Hurricane Irma.  The project was 100% financed, with a repayment term of 30 years, and included Working Capital to complete a new gym and classroom expansion within the 75,000 sq foot facility.
